AICAP is an agency that provides a personal service, which makes us different from many automated agency web pages on the internet. We work with people, and have personal contact with all the candidates that want to work with as au pairs, and of course with all the host families too, whom are strictly selected. We take care that both parties fully understand the terms and conditions of the contract, to ensure a sucessful exchange.

Our goal is to give complete satisfaction to all our clients, and to guarantee an excellent service.

AICAP means seriousness, efficiency and peace of mind, for both employee and client alike, and we have more than 20 years of experience behind us.

To make sure the host family can feel confident with the person they take on, we demand full documentation and references from our au pairs. We do not accept girls that only have only completed a simple online questionaire, which sets us apart from many internet based agencies.

All au pair girls registered in AICAP have a complete file with:

• A completed questionnaire, with their personal data, their experience, and all other information.
• A letter to the family in the language of the country they are going to work.
• At least two references from previous employess of children custody.
• Recent photos
• A medical certificate which approves that they enjoy are of good physical and mental health
• A statement, which proves that he/she has no criminal record in his/her country.

We also go to great lengths to offer our au pairs good working conditions with their host families. Therfore AICAP carefully selects families, matching them with an appropriate au pair, and ensures that the family is contractually bound to all the the terms and conditions of the service. Families also have to fill in a questionnaire, complete with all their personal details, which sets out in great detail exactly what they expect from the au pair.. The au pair is informed about her schedules at home, her leisure time, her duties, and her rights. Families also have to provide pictures.

Once both parts have agreed with the conditions, AICAP draws up a contract offer, and sends it to the au pair to formally accept the host family. AICAP strives to provide personal assistance to both the au pair and the family, during the entirety of the contract.

Au Pairs and families can be asured that if, for whatever reason they do not get on, then AICAP will find a solution to resolve the situation. Our goal is to ensure that both parties have a good and rewarding experience. Our office is open Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 1:30pm and 4:30pm to 7:30pm.
